I start my new schedule tomorrow after 4 weeks of training. I tried and tried to prepare myself, including a daily dose of melatonin tonight, but alas my brain is going haywire. The girls have done really well with having their bed times pushed back but.. not tonight; they are currently cuddled up on the couch watching a movie with dad. Tomorrow is definitely going to be rough but I thought getting some feelings out there on the interweb might calm me down. Oh and doing this slow breathing technique I saw to help you "fall asleep in minutes".
2am is so close..
