Miss Kennedy Grace is officially a preschool graduate! Bittersweet moment. While I know she is ready to move on to kindergarten I am sad that she is growing up so fast. Crazy to believe that she is almost five years old!
She is clearly unimpressed.

(Fourth from the end. Her best friend A is in front of her and is the tallest and Kennedy is so clearly one of the smallest.)
They brought all 105 preschool graduates on stage in a nicely choreographed manner and then they exited and began to call each child up for their 'diploma'.

When each child's name was called, their teachers recited a small passage about what everyone wanted to be when they grew up and why. A few of my favorites were: monster truck driver (and she wanted her truck to be blue with Elsa's face), a ninja, a Pokemon trainer, a mermaid and a queen (forget that princess crap, amiright?).
Kennedy, though? This kid spouts off the most random phrases, thoughts, and opinions all day long. I assumed her career choice would have been imaginative and hilarious. Errrrrr. She said she wanted to be a police officer so she could put people in jail. Don't get me wrong it's a very noble profession; it was just unexpected!
And yay! Celebrating with everyone in the cafeteria afterwards! Many smiles and cookies were had. And excuse me while Piper looks like a regular kid versus the not-even-two-year-old she's supposed to be. Le sad.
