"I learned about shells at centers."
I'm beginning to think she makes some of this stuff up. Not one time over the course of the week did she discuss shells or the different things she learned about them.
Centers, though, are during their free time. Each table in their classroom is covered to a different "center" where there is a unique activity for them to do. Whether it's art, or writing.
"Shells are cool."
