Basically the United States kicked some serious Olympic ass over the past 16 days. Yeah, thanks for adding a bunch of tarnish to the 121 medals won, Ryan Lochte. 46 OF WHICH WERE GOLD!
While I was proudly sitting on my ass at home, these Americans were fulfilling some lifelong dreams in Brazil.

And while they were unable to win a medal, Nikki Hamblin and Abbey D'Agostino were given Fair Play awards after they collided on the track. D'Agostino injured her leg, but Nikki Hamblin proudly stuck by her side and they finished together. Hooray, humanity is still present!
